Working Flow




Cement production equipment can be categorized into dry cement production line (including semi-dry method) and wet cement production line (including semi-wet method) according to the different methods of raw material preparation.
The advantage of dry production is low heat consumption (e.g., the heat consumption of clinker in dry kiln with preheater is 3,140-3,768 J/kg), but the disadvantage is that the composition of raw material is not easy to be uniform, the workshop dust is more, and the electricity consumption is higher.

Wet production has the advantages of simple operation, easy control of raw material composition, good product quality, convenient slurry transportation and less dust in the workshop, etc., but the heat consumption is higher (the heat consumption of clinker is usually 5234 ~ 6490 J / kg).
