Plate vibrating screen is a kind of petroleum vibrating screen commonly used at present, which can be widely used in different drilling operations.
Generally, 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel mesh are bonded on the perforated metal lining plate to form a hook edge flat screen.
The characteristics of this type of screen are as follows:
1. The mesh number of each layer of screen cloth is different, and accurate and reasonable collocation can make the screening effect more meticulous. In the case of different mesh number of screen cloth and the punching shape and opening rate of metal lining plate, the maximum effective filtering area should be achieved under the premise of ensuring the use intensity.
2. The stainless steel mesh and the metal lining plate are tightly bonded as a whole, which enhances the strength of the whole mesh and prolongs the use time.
3. The mesh of the metal lining plate divides the mesh into several independent small mesh surfaces, which can prevent the excessive expansion of local damage. At the same time, it is equipped with a special rubber race to repair the damaged mesh surface, which can save time and reduce the use cost.
