Step 1:Tooling and Molding Workshop
Original molds fully designed before put into workshop.
After exhausted by mass production,
Molds must be fixed before launched into line again.
This is the beginning of production process.

Step 2 : Injection workshop
Various kinds of plastic parts filled inside the injection machines.M&G owns over 300 injection machines imported from Germany&Japan,some are bi-injection which can be used to manufacture complex-structured products for high-end market.That’s why our varieties contain vivid designs and beautiful colors.Any defective accessories in production will be canceled immediately.

Step 3 : Printing Workshop
We could handle four regular printing methods: stamp printing,hot transfer printing,silk printing and laser printing.Printing could be customized on the plastic parts for different patterns.

Step 4:Refill-Made workshop
Refills mainly contain tips,plastic tubes and ink,M&G has established a long-term relationship with chosen oversea suppliers in order to keep good quality.Tips from Premec in Switzerland,ink form Documental in Germany and Mikuni in Japan.In this step,we finish manufacturing refills equipped into pens.Our annual refills production amounts reaches to 5,000,000,000 pcs.

For a certain proportion,refills will be inspected for writing test in the necessary step.
