A:For most of instock products, we can provide the samples, but you need to pay the postage.
Q:How long is your production time?
A:For OEM products, our lead time is 30-45 days after all the details are checked. For our stock products(you can customize your logo), our lead time is 10 days.
Q:What's your payment terms?
A:For Ready to Ship products(Instock), T/T 100% on Alibaba; For customized products, TT 50% deposit after signing the contract, the balance 50% before shipment. You can also pay it online or with Trade Assurance by Alibaba .
