· Operation and principle




Refrigeration Jet-enhanced Compressor has a jet port, and the energy-saving operation is realized by a supercooled circuit. This mode of operation increases the system's cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio, while the compressor can operate at a greater compression ratio. The subcooling economizer (heat exchanger) is used to provide subcooling to the liquid refrigerant before entering the evaporator, which improve cooling capacity in the system.

Once initial startup of the system , it must run at least 60 minutes to ensure that the following operating parameters are normal: 1. The measuring device works normally and the superheat is within the designed range. 2. The suction and exhaust pressure is within a reasonable range. 3.The exhaust temperature is within the control range. 4. The oil level of the compressor is normal and the oil return is normal. 5. There is no abnormality in compressor vibration and noise.

1·Compressor internal protection Refrigeration Scroll Compressor is equipped with internal overload protector to prevent overcurrent and overheat protection from overload or equal other factors. 2·Overpressure protection (built-in pressure relief valve) Refrigeration scroll compressors are equipped with built-in pressure relief valves. When the pressure difference between the high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber of the compressor reaches a certain value ,the valve will work, the pressure of the high pressure chamber is released to the low pressure chamber, and the gas coming from the high pressure chamber will be injected onto the motor protector to turn on the motor protector to operate ,thus the compressor will stop.




Advantages compared with traditional compressor refrigeration system:


Refrigeration low temperature compressor which has jet enhanced device can improve the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio under severe conditions.


1. promoting cooling performance - The promoted performance is achieved by increasing enthalpy in system. Jet-enhanced compressors can promote cooling performance without relying on increased suction.


2. Improved energy efficiency ratio - Jet enhancement can improve the energy efficiency ratio because the increased cooling capacity is much greater than the increased input power required by the jet.


3. Cost advantage - The compressor performance is same as another which nominal power greater than it, thus saving system costs.



Note:

It is forbidden to start the compressor under vacuum and carry out high voltage test and dielectric strength test to avoid damage to the motor.
