Copper chromium free passivation solution
1、 Product number: Q/YS.104 (Yishun brand)
2、 Features of this product:
This passivation solution does not add heavy metals such as chromium ion and controlled substances such as Nitrous acid. This product has a long service life, is cost-effective, is non-toxic and harmless to the human body, and is easy to operate. It can preserve the color of copper parts for more than 18 months without affecting the conductivity of copper. Changed the traditional rust prevention method for copper workpieces.
3、 Applicable scope:
This product is suitable for passivation of brass, bronze, and purple copper to prevent rusting, discoloration, and blackening of copper parts, effectively maintaining the brightness of copper.
4、 Usage:
① Dilute this product with clean water and use it. The ratio of product to water is 1:5-10 times. Cover the product before and after use to prevent evaporation and failure.
② Soak the copper parts in the Paint thinner of the passivation agent at a temperature of 50 ℃~60 ℃, gently turn the parts in the middle, soak them for 10-15 minutes, and then take them out. After they are washed with pure water (or deionized water), they need to be dried or dried in the air in a timely manner. The drying temperature is about 70 ℃. When drying, the workpieces should not overlap.
