Machine introduction:
The three-group multi blades continuous cutting machine is a high-precision automatic cutting machine improved by our factory on the basis of the double-group multi blades continuous cutting machine. The main advantage of adopting the structure of three-group cutting blades cutting(the three groups/sets of cutting blades can be divided into: One set of cutting blades are for trimming + the other two sets of cutting blades are for cutting) are: This structure enables the equipment to achieve trimming while finishing fast cutting. The cut product does not require secondary processing,without cracking or chipping.The machine has been favored by customers once it was launched. Its main functions are: cutting mosaics,ceramic tiles, marbles, bricks,roof tiles, foamed ceramics and other building materials; and it can mount 2-12 pieces of cutting in one shaft at a time. In addition, our factory can customize the frequency conversion speed control function according to customer needs,through turn down the spindle speed and then installing a diamond concave-convex grinding wheel (according the shaping effects you want to customize the grinding wheel), it can have the function of stone shaping(stone profile). The machine has a variety of uses and is very suitable for large and small stone processing plants!
