Application:

Husking or de-hulling is a process for removing the rice hull from the rough rice. The rubber roll husker is by far the most important technology used today for husking rough rice.

 

The rubber-roller huller is the most efficient hulling machine.  As the name suggests two rubber rollers of the same diameter are operated at different speeds to remove the husk from the paddy. One roller has a fixed position and the other is adjustable to meet the desired clearance. The adjustable roller rotates slightly slower than the fixed roller. Rubber-roll hullers have an aspirator in the base of the machine to separate the hulls from the brown rice.

Pay Attention:

1. Optional Rubber Rice Husker Roller: For the choice of the black, brown, and white rubber roller with a hardness shore of 90℃ and 95℃, it should be according to the type of rice, and climate conditions, and different seasons. Try to avoid using the single roller,  the recommended way is higher hardness for fast rollers and lower hardness for slow rollers.

2. Temperature and Hardness Control: The proper hardness is shore A 82-86℃, and the temperature is below 50℃. When the temperature reaches above 60℃,  the hardness of the roller should be reduced by 4-8℃.

3. Alternative use of rubber rice roller is recommended:

A: It can increase the usage life of the roller and the quantity of husking rice.

B: Each roller has break time during the working, which is good for recovering the function of the rubber, adjusting the speed difference upon different diameters, and controlling the temperature effectively.

4. Two rollers should be at the same level to keep the space equal.

5. The paddy inputting should keep the balance.

6.  Keep the rate of the re-hulling under the limitation.

 

Storage:

A: Avoid the direct sunshine and soaked in the rain and snow.

B: Away from the heating device about 1.5m. 

C: Store in a dry and clean place, away from acid, alkali, salt, oil, and organic solvent.

D. Keep the room temperature 10-30℃, comparative moisture 50-80℃

E. Keep in a vertical position,  horizontal is not allowed.

F. No other materials pressure on it, no hitting to avoid deformation and damagey
