Drying processing description
1. Put the wet material on feeding device, The material through the homogenizer was spread evenly and entered from the top of the dryer;
2. The material is transported by multi-layer mesh belt from top layer to bottom layer in the oven;
3. At the same time,the heat source produce heat and come into the oven from the bottom,Because the lower pressure is greater than the upper pressure,the hot air naturally moves upward ,passing through each layer of the mesh belt, plus the movement and rolling of the material,Make the material fully contact with the hot air , fully heat exchange , and improve the drying efficiency. ;
4. After heat exchange, the moisture is evaporated from the top, and the material is discharged from the outlet after drying.
