Uses and characteristics:
Carding machine used to card artifical fiber from 0.7D-30D*38-140 or cotton fiber,jute fiber,glass fiber,steel fiber and so on to form web for cross lapper. it has single cylinder or double cylinder double doffer two kinds style with high production capacities; Cotton stripping has been using stripper bar or roller,the cotton feeding roller is controlled by frequency inverter with anti-metal protection device.
