A:  -Express,such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS etc, shipping time is about 4-7 working days depends on country and area.

-By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port.

-By sea, From loading port to discharging port: about 20-40days

3. Can I order samples? Are they free of charge? 

Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

4. How long will my goods be warranty ?

We have 3 years warranty under the right use .The banquet chair frame we have 5 years warranty When loading we will Prepare some oil painting in the container.if your chair scratches in future ,you can repair it. 

5. What if I can't find the info I'm looking for, or what if I want to speak to someone directly?

Sure, we have our factory in Foshan, China. If you want to have a visit to our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. We can arrange driver to pick you around.

9. What is your minimum order quantity?

30% deposit payment---start production---Take photos you confirmed ---check the logistic---book shipment---inform customer ETD&ETA---load container---balance payment---send documents.
