Suitable for measuring oil used in power equipment with voltage below 220KV and various insulation liquids with viscosity not exceeding 350mm2/s at 40 ℃.
The KDJJC-80KV transformer insulation oil tester is designed as a single unit, with a dignified, elegant, and elegant design; 128 * 64 LCD screen display (blue/black and white/green screen optional). The testing process is managed by a computer, and the voltage, time, and other parameters involved are displayed on a 128 * 64 dot matrix backlit LCD display. On this LCD display, users will also see the working status of the instrument and rich operating prompts.
The KDJJC-80KV transformer insulation oil tester has excellent data processing function: it can remember the results of 500 previous tests. At the same time, it has four customized standard inspection procedures that comply with GB/T 507, DL 429.9, and ICE156. You can choose a standard inspection program according to your work needs to test the sample.
Due to the "SLX test cup" structure used by our company, the electrode spacing can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating mechanisms on both sides of the test cup, which is not only convenient to adjust, but also has high accuracy. When users adjust the electrode spacing, it is "convenient", "accurate", and "fast".

Purpose and characteristics
1. Suitable for testing Dielectric strength of various insulating oils.
2. It is equipped with automatic detection function, such as starting up and automatically entering the reset state to execute the return to zero of the Pressure regulator.
3. This instrument is easy to operate, and the operator only needs to make simple settings. The instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of the oil sample according to the settings. The breakdown voltage values and cycle times of 1-9 times will be automatically stored. After the test is completed, it can be directly printed and output using a micro TPU-A panel printer.
4. Automatic Magnon is used for mixing to eliminate uneven oil samples and bubbles.
5. Adopting microcontroller control for uniform voltage boost, the voltage frequency is accurate to 50HZ, making the process easy to control.
6. Automatically execute four sets of standard programs according to user set requirements (national standards/ministerial standards/ICE standards/user-defined standards).
7. Equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, limit and other protections to ensure the safety of operators.
8. Automatically display the tested Dielectric strength, in kV/mm.
9. Using a microprocessor, it automatically completes operations such as boosting, holding, stirring, static discharge, calculation, printing, etc. It can conduct oil circulation withstand voltage tests within the range of 0-80KV.
