Floating Wash
it is one of the main machines in waste plastic PET bottle washing recycling line.
When the plastic is fed into the floating washer tank, PET flakes will sink down to the bottom of the washer tank as the density
is heavier than water, while the pp caps and pvc labels will float on water. The pet flakes will be washed and carried out by the
screw downside, and the caps and labels will be taken out by the rollers on top of the tank. In this way, the pet flakes will be
washed and different materialS will be separated
