1. Do you have stock?
For the popular sizes of HY & 43 series hose fittings, we do keep some inventory for them. Even if we don’t have stock, we have commonly used raw materials in stock, so we can make a very quick delivery time for the urgent orders.
2. Are you able to provide crimp specs?
Sure, when we design a new hose fitting, we first crimp on hydraulic hoses and do pressure testing, so all of crimp specs are available in our system.
3. What’s your delivery time?
It depends on the order volume and if we have them in stock or not. If we have the hose fittings you are looking for in stock, we can ship it within 1 working day after receiving the PO. If we don’t have the fittings in stock, normally it takes 7-45 days for production that depends on the order volume.
4. What’s your payment terms?
30% down payment in advance, balance payment against the copy of BOL. But for the serious buyer, we are open to discuss the more flexible payment terms.

Yes we can, actually we are also doing OEM service for several of worldwide big brand manufacturers of stainless steel hydraulic fittings, which greatly reduce their production costs, and help them win more market share.
6. What hoses do the hose fittings can be used for?
Our hose fittings are interchangeable with Parker & Eaton design, which are designed for hydraulic hoses. Like 1 &2 wire braided hydraulic hoses, 4 & 6 sprial hydraulic hoses, PTFE hoses…So our hose fittings can be use for most of brand hoses. Like Parker, Eaton/Danfoss, Manuli…
7. Do you do impulse test on your hose fittings?
Sure, when we design a new hose fitting, firstly we crimp the hose fitting on hose and fabricate hose assembly and do impulse test. So impulse test report is available.
8. Do you have MOQ requests?
No MOQ requests if we have the fittings in stock. If no stock, normally our MOQ is 200 pieces of each size. For the trial order, we can accept lower MOQ to start the cooperation. Like 100 or 50 pieces.
9. Can you provide samples before placing a firm order?
Sure, we can provide samples for evaluation firstly. Besides, we have the ability to produce samples according to the customer’s drawings for samples.
