VPD-800A High Speed Multi-line Alcohol Pad/Swab Machine(Roller Cylinder)
1. VPD-800 Alcohol Swab Machine uses servo motor to control machine to get intelligent operation.
2. This machine can cut one big roll into 8 rollers automatically or use 8 non-woven rollers.
3. This machine adopts Swiss Gotec Electromagnetic Pump that is high accuracy and strong corrosion resistance.
4. High output, the speed can reach at 800-1200 pcs/min.
5. The non-woven material can be folded in half, three or four.
6. It can cut the right and round angle alcohol swabs/pads, no waste.

Q4:How is your factory doing in quality control?
A4:Quality is the most important principle. There are at least twice test before shipment, the first is by our factory, the second is together with customer. And also we will offer whole-life service. What's more, all machinery has been passed CE testing. Strictly testing the machine and arranging delivery after 100% confirmation of no problem are what we always do.
