This machine adopts the manual feeding method, suction and push-plate feeding system. It has the function of slotting corrugated cardboard at one time. The machine and the slotting depth are adjusted manually. The slotting phase adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure. It adopts manual 360-degree adjustment. The upper and lower slotting cutters can be moved left and right manually. It is convenient to use and maintain. It is small and exquisite. It is a professional equipment for slotting and forming of partitions.
Machine characteristics
1.The paper feeding shaft adopts a patterned roller, and the pressure adjustment of the paper feeding shaft adopts an eccentric wheel adjustment. The left and right eccentric wheels can independently adjust the pressure2.The paper feeding and pushing plate adopts a double-side baffle and a rear baffle to stabilize the cardboard, so that the previous cardboard can be misplaced during the paper feeding process of the pushing plate, resulting in slotting errors. It can better adapt to various quality cardboards, and the paper feeding is stable and accurate.
3.The slotting cutter head is made of aging castings, and the slotting knife uses a serrated arc semicircular knife to slot and remove chips. After slotting, the cardboard enters the conveyor belt for output.
4.The machine's power frequency conversion speed regulation, speed regulation function can be adjusted according to customer needs
5.After the cardboard is slotted, it is conveyed by the four conveying belts of the paper output part of the equipment, and loaded into the cardboard stacking tray, and the conveying is stable and the stacking is neat.
6.The machine adjusts the cardboard size by manual planetary gear phase adjustment
