4 Series Stainless Steel Chemical Polishing Agent
1、 Product name and number: Q/YS.306-3
2、 Product usage range:
This product is used for chemical polishing of 201 stainless steel and 4 series stainless steel, achieving a mirror effect on the surface. But it is not suitable for polishing 304 stainless steel.
3、 Product indicators:
① The product is composed of A and B agents, all of which are colorless and transparent liquids.
② PH ＜ 7.0
③ Specific gravity>1.0
4、 Usage:
① The ratio is A: B=1:2.
② Soak the oil and rust free workpiece in the above liquid for approximately 10-25 seconds, and immediately wash it with water after removal.
③ Wash with water.
④ Passivation treatment, soak in Yishun brand passivation agent for 3-5 minutes.
⑤ Wash with water and dry.
