309L is a C02 gas-shielded stainless steel flux-cored wire with soft and stable arc, small spatter, easy slag removal, beautiful weld shape, good welding process performance, and can be used for all-position welding. Deposited metal has good crack resistance.
APPLICATION
It is suitable for the welding of 06Cr23Ni13 (S30908), stainless steel and carbon steel base metal, such as 309 stainless steel, and can also be used for the same type of stainless steel structure, composite steel, dissimilar steel and other components manufactured by synthetic fiber, petrochemical and other equipment, and can also be used for Nuclear reactor, pressure vessel inner wall transition layer surfacing and tower internals welding. The main application areas are petrochemical, food and medical, shipbuilding, nuclear power, etc.
