 A  We can do the OEM, please send your detail requirements to us and we will give you quotation at first.

 Q  Do you have stock?

 A  Our products are divided into 2 parts, one part has no stock but another one whose MOQ is low has stock(Ready to Ship). You can directly order it, you also can ask us to add your logo or information on our some existing products. But the ship time need be negotiated.

 Q  Can you provide samples?

 A  For most of instock products, we can provide the samples, but you need to pay the postage.

 Q  How long is your production time?

 A  For OEM products, our lead time is 30-45 days after all the details are checked. For our stock products(you can customized your logo), our lead time is 10 days.

 Q  What's your payment terms?

 A  For Ready to Ship products(Instock), T/T 100% on Alibaba; For customized products, TT 50% deposit after signing the contract, the balance 50% before shipment. You can also pay it online or with Trade Assurance by Alibaba.
