Working Principle & Product Structure
The complete equipment mainly includes feeders, jaw crushers, cone crushers, electric motors, iron removers, belt conveyors, control boxes, racks, etc.
Using a tire chassis and universal traction wheel as the moving method, power is obtained through a generator set. During the production process, various feeding, crushing, and screening equipment coordinate operations. After the stones that meet the particle size requirements enter the crusher, a series of crushing processing work is carried out by the equipment inside the machine, and then screening processing is carried out. Qualified stones enter the next processing process, and qualified stone products are discharged by the discharge device, Those that do not meet the standards will be returned to the machine for further processing work.
