● The Joint surfaces between Head Box, Body, Tailstock, Carriage adopts scraping by hand. The whole machine test by Laser Interferometer to make sure the Z axis and X axis has a high Positioning Accuracy, Repositioning Accuracy, Backlash and Stability.
● The machine adopts high strength casting iron. Add Copper and Chrome etc. special material. The Guideway width is 400mm, depth of quenching up to 4mm, it can make sure the machine has a good Abrasive Resistance and Stability.
