This is our company new design for the 10-60LPM oxygen concentrators, the parts includes the below items:
1. Molecular sieve towers 10L type can be filled in Lix type molecular sieve 1.3 kilograms*2-6sets, it has air regulator, and electrical valve, and the oxygen bucket.
2. Oil free air compressors, the air source supplying can up to 130-450LPM from the bottom to solve the problem
of the air supplying lackage,which is 750W to 3.3KW, more stable and more enough air in.

3.Air cooling condenser which size is 12*12cm with brass copper and the AL fins,which keep the air from the air compressor into the molecular sieve tower cooling down ,temperature falls to 35-40 degrees, in this case , making the molecular sieve life lasts till 2 and half years. So as to save the cost of the Whole oxygen concentrators.4.PCB with display which can real time display the figure of the air flow and the oxygen purity. The range of air flow from 0-10LPM, purity range 0-95.6% 5.The air dryer can vaporized the water , keep the molecular sieve bed from the water destory , which makes the life of the molecular sieve bed to be 3-5years .
