The inner wall of the blood collection tube is uniformly sprayed with EDTA.K2 and separation gel. The application of EDTA.K2 can avoid plasma dilution and prevent specimen hemolysis. The application of separation gel can effectively eliminate the interference of hemoglobin in red blood cells on nudeic acid detection test. The separated specimens can be stored in a-70"C environment for free storage.
It is sterilized by cobalt 60 irradiation to ensure no Dnase, Rnase, no heat source. It can be used to collect and reserve blood specimens in nudeic acid detection.
