1.\tLight steel keel frame
A.\tLofting snap line
B.\tThe top and bottom keels are fixed respectively on floor and top floor with expansion bolts.
C.\tThe vertical keel should be aligned well according to the requirement (generally being 612mm) with laterally supporting keel installed.
2.\tBoard material package fixed
A.\tFirst cut the board material to the dimensions needed (about 10mm lower than wall height)
B.\tBoard material is fixed on keel in anchoring seam way with tapping screw: the interval of tapping screw is generally about 200-250mm with screws sinking 0.5mm under the board face.
C.\tThe expansion seam of about 4mm between board should be kept.
D.\tThe shrouding should be fixed from the middle to the four sides, and can't be operated at multi-point simultaneously to avoid generating inner stress to make board material bucking.
E.\tBefore board being packaged and fixed, depending the needs, glass cotton or rock cotton can be placed in the cavity of keel frame to strengthen the effect of sound insulation and fireproof.

1.\tSnap line determines the central range of metal boom, generally being 1200mm
2.\tFix the side keel on the four sides and wall with tapping screws
3.\tFix the T type main keel with metal boom, the central range of T type main keel is 600mm or 610mm
4.\tInsert the T type sub-keels in the main keel to fix it, one sub-keel each 600mm or 610mm
5.\tPlace Hailing board(595*595mm/603*603mm/1195*595mm/1206*603mm) on frame of T type keel.

1.\tCarry out ceiling line-measuring to determine the ceiling's fixed position, the boom's central range is generally 1200mm.
2.\tConnect and fix the sub-keel to the main keel with hanging piece to make the main keel keep level position.
3.\tVertically fix the sub-keel to the main keel with hanging piece, the sub-keel axis' central range is 612mm.
4.\tInstall the laterally supporting keel properly, its central range is 1224mm.
5.\tFix the board on sub-keels with tapping screws, and do well the seam-connecting treatment.
