Advantages
1. As the main stressed component, the cross beam of the suspension mechanism directly affects the platform quality and operation security. The front, center and rear beams of our ZLP630 suspended access equipment are 8 meters long in total and the suspension mechanism can get adjusted to 1.98 meters high at most. The impressing flexibility of the product can meet the demand of complicated construction and bring great convenience for customers.

2. The 3×2.5²+2×1.5² GB cable has a steel wire rope in its center for increased tensile. Its service life is 4 years on average.

3. Our suspended scaffold employs aviation-specific steel rope that is galvanized on the surface with a total working time of around 6 years.

4. The housing of the suspended access equipment is made of 104# GB aluminum to avoid cracking. The rope sheave and the worm gear are made of spring steel and 94 tin bronze respectively. Except the worm gear, the materials of the mentioned parts should be processed by heat treatment, blackening and oxidation treatment. Those parts can be normally used for 10 to 15 years.

5. All the Q235 alloy pipes used in suspension mechanism are galvanized, requiring no maintenance permanently. The platform body is made of aluminum alloy or powder-coated steel. It not only has nice look but also never rusts, free from maintenance during the entire lifetime.

6. The suspended access equipment is available in optional length including 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m and 3m, depending on construction conditions.

7. We are the first in China to adopt high strength welding on the safety frame of hoist, with which the security is greatly improved.
