Q1: Are You Manufacturer or Trade Company?
We are a professional manufacturer specialized in packaging since 2003 with 10,000 m² workshop and 150 employees. Located in Dongguan where is near Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hongkong.
Q2: What is the material you used ?Is it food grade or ECO- friendly?
The main materials we used are PVC, PET, PP, PS, ABS, Arcylic, PLA, PBAT, Sugarcane pulp and so on.
Most of them are food grade which can pack food directly. For ECO-friendly materials, we now have RPET and R&B PP (100% recycled plastic ) and biodegradable PLA, PBAT, Sugarcane pulp.
Q3: What is the price of your product ?
The exact price is based on your final design. If you could tell us the Dimensions, Materials and QTY you need. We can quote our best price for you. We can also suggest right packaging solutions as your rough minds.
Q4: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?
The copper mould is 100USD-200USD. CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD. And full auto mould 5,000 -8,000 USD.
We will suggest proper mould as your design and quantity. Our own mould engineers and mould workshop could provide free design and competitive tooling charge.
Q5: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost and time?
For the sample which we have existing mould. It is free. You only need to pay for the carriage fee.
For custom sample,we will use plaster mould. The shape and size could be designed as your information and requirements. Cost is 100- 200 USD. Sample time is about 3-5 days.
Q6: What is your payment item?
TT/ PAYPAL/ WESTERN UNION/ LC/ CREDIT CARD is all available for us.
For small amount which is less than 1000 USD, we prefer 100% deposit. For large amount, 30%-50% deposit and balance before shipping. Welcome to use Alibaba Assurance to protect the whole deal.
Q7: How can we get the goods from your factory?
By air or by ocean. For sample,we usually use FEDEX, DHL or UPS If QTY is small, the total packing volume is less than 1CBM,we suggest air shipping, it needs 5-7 days. If more than 2CBM, we suggest ocean shipping.It needs 20-30 days.We
also have professional forwarders can help ship goods to your door directly.
