Q: What is the sample lead time and bulk order lead time? How long can I receive them?
A: Fast delivery: For small orders, we can deliver within 3-5 days after payment, and for bulk orders, we can deliver within 10-25 days depending on the quantity.
Shipping: For sample orders or small battery packs, we can ship by Fedex, UPS, TNT and other express companies. If the whole parcel is more than 50KG, it can be shipped by air or by sea, which is cheaper. Customers can tell us the name of the nearest airport and port so that our sales staff can choose the best solution for you.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: We provide 3-5 years warranty for all battery packs for different situations. We ensure that our lithium iron phosphate battery packs have a minimum cycle life of 6000 cycles.
This means that you can use the battery for at least 10 years with normal charging and discharging once a day.
Q: Can I customise the size of the battery?
A: Of course you can, as long as your MOQ allows.
Q: Can we connect different LiFePO4 batteries in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: Yes. Customers can connect the batteries in parallel or series. But we need to pay attention to some tips;
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery is the same before connecting in parallel. If not, please charge them to the same voltage.
2> Don't connect discharged and undischarged batteries in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3> If you want to connect them in series, please inform us the target capacity of the whole battery pack. We will select the appropriate BMS for each battery.
4> If you are not a professional.
