Factory custom CNC 100% carbon fiber sheets 2mm 4mm 10mm
Zibo Songmao Composites carbon fibre sheet are manufactured using 100% high strength carbon fibre reinforcement and epoxy, autoclave cured under a strictly controlled process to produce the highest standard of carbon fibre sheet.
Both surfaces of the sheet use a high quality 2×2 3k woven carbon fibre fabric with a gloss finish. After the curing process and before cutting or stocking, the sheets are coated in a high-quality protective film on both sides to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transport.
Zibo Songmao Composites carbon fiber plates are suitable for fully structural applications whilst also having a class-A (cosmetic), pinhole free finish on both sides.

Lightweight
Carbon fiber is 5 times lighter than steel (ASTM-A1008) and almost 2 times lighter than aluminum when comparing similar sized pieces.
High Strength & Stiffness
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) has the highest specific strength and modulus (stiffness) per density compared to metal, plastic and wood.
Resistance to Corrosion
The epoxy resin is inert and not susceptible to corrosion or rust, and the carbon bonds in the fibers are extremely strong and resistant to oxidization.
Low Thermal Expansion
When metal is exposed to heat, it will expand and weaken which can cause issues and possible failure of the part. Carbon fiber has low thermal expansion.
Low Thermal Conductivity
Metal acts as a conductor, steel more than aluminum, which can transmit or radiate heat to its surroundings and cause heat soak. Carbon fiber has low thermal conductivity.
RF Shielding
Carbon Fiber works well to attenuate, or block radio frequency waves, protecting your devices from scanners or people trying to access your data.
