Our MOQ normally is 1000pieces, but sometimes, it will be depended on the products you need, and more or less probably.

2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free

Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Yes, they are safe. All raw material we use are eco-friendly,lead free,chromium free, and quality control department always are responsible for quality in each process.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 45 days for MOQ.

5. Can I put my logo on products I order?

Yes, we can put your logo on your products. Your logo will be made by not only decal printing but also silk printing. We can do what you want on the mug, like color, size and position.

6. Are your ceramic products safe for Microwave and Dishwasher?

Yes, Microwave and Dishwasher safe.
