MAIN STRUCTURE


1.Automatic Splicer of Unwinding
It consists of a duplex-reel paper stand and a paper splicer,controled with automatic tension and pneumatic control system for achieving continous
production.
2.Air knife Coater
It consists of duckbill air knife, breast roll, air knife adjustment, gas separator, collecting tray, high pressure blower and other components.The device can help coated paper reduce print spray,foaming and wrinkles.
3.Horizontal Winder
Winding unit adopts horizontal mechanism, with diameter and total length automatic detection. A water cooling cylinder is included for paper surface treatment and automatic winding device is included for continous production.
