Product Application
1) For maintenance of large scale power substation transformers, rapid and deep treatment of new transformer oil, imported insulation oil. As well as vacuum filtering and purifying of mutual inductor oil, capacitor oil, refrigerator oil.
2) Especially suitable for purifying of large scale power transmission units higher than 110KV and transformers of main state grid.
ZJA is double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier, which contain vacuum pump and roots pump. We can do more big capacity of machine, and the smallest one is ZJA-30(1800L/H), The biggest one is more than 30,000L/H. The machine is adopted the rustproof and moisture film and wood cases packages. We can take special order for you, like the machine face, color, weight, size, filter precision, filter numbers, spare parts, oil specification tester, etc.
Principle of work：
During the process of working, oil remove impurities by highly efficient specific filter. It use special personalized vacuum separator and its "layered filtration" high-precision filtering technologies, and use the "cavitations’" principle, and then the contact area of the oil in vacuum separator expanded a few hundred times than before.The "cavitations’" system let surface area of the oil evaporation become greater, and the Evaporation interface Update continuously so that increased volatilization of water and the regeneration of the oil in vacuum system by the greatest extent. The moisture can be quickly removed under the condition of the low temperature/ high vacuum/ large surface and at high pumping speed. Finally it been excreted from vacuum system.
The discharged moisture and gas from vacuum separator will be cooling and dehumidification twice by cooling system, and at last it will be discharge to outside by vacuum pump.
When Oil vaporized and dehydrated by the vacuum separator, the dry oil will flow to oil transfer pump, at that time the pressure will turn negative pressure to positive pressure. After fine filtration the net oil will flow from the oil outlet and complete the whole process of filtration.
