Hot forging machine is an advanced model in China. It has a wide range of applications, automatic feeding and automatic forming. It is an ideal model for forging heterosexual workpiece. The medium frequency furnace is used to heat the materials, and the upsetting pressure of the machine is used to form the products in the die at one time to forge various heterosexual workpieces such as spherical, square, bolt and spike.
Technical features
1)After adopting this process, the requirements for materials are reduced, the cost and process are reduced, the complex problems of parts are solved, the sustainable production efficiency is improved. It is an ideal equipment that can not be solved by cold upsetting process, and it is the upgrading and replacement of heating red stamping process of punch.
