Three-dimensional breeding of laying hens refers to a facility breeding mode (4-12 layers of cages) with a certain scale of laying hens and a three-dimensional production system.
Compared with traditional flat raising and ladder cage raising, it has the following characteristics:
1. Large breeding capacity per unit area, 30-90 birds per square meter, saving more than 30% of the land area, and increasing the output efficiency per unit area by more than 2 times;

Breeding cage
The three-dimensional breeding of laying hens should ensure the heat preservation and airtight performance of the chicken house, and realize the whole process of automatic breeding.The three-dimensional breeding cages for laying hens should be made of hot-dip galvanized or magnesium-aluminum-zinc alloy materials. The failure rate of the equipment is 10% lower than that of the ladder cages, and the service life of the equipment is extended by 5-6 years.
Breeding process

A fully automatic mechanized feeding and feeding system should be used, including storage towers, screw conveyors, feeders, homogenizers, troughs and cage cleaning equipment.
