Uses:
1.This equipment is mainly used for vacuum bright gas quenching of cold and hot work die steel, high-speed steel, die steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials, also can be used for titanium alloy vacuum dehydrogenation, vacuum brazing and so on.

1.Convenient operation, manual/automatic free switching, fully automatic control can be realized, fully avoiding human errors in the work process.

3.The gas quenching pressure can be adjusted according to different materials to save cost.
4.This equipment has horizontal and vertical type. For long rod workpieces and overweight workpieces, vertical bottom-loading material vacuum quenching furnace can be used to realize vacuum quenching, solid solution, aging, brazing and other treatments for oversized, overweight, overlong workpieces.
