Textile, printing and dyeing are industries with high water consumption and high pollution. The wastewater is mainly characterized by high short fiber content, high cloth wool, high suspended solid concentration, high turbidity, high salt content, and high chroma.Therefore, it is very important to customize effective wastewater treatment and wastewater reuse system.
UF+RO/NF is the post-treatment of textile wastewater reuse. Textile wastewater can be used directly after treatment, which can save 50%-70% of production water for factories, reduce wastewater discharge and reduce wastewater costs.
As the water contains a certain amount of organic matter and impurities, it is very easy to pollute the RO/NF membrane and block the membrane pores. Therefore, ultrafiltration is used as pretreatment to effectively protect them.
