Impact crusher
The impact crusher can handle all kinds of materials with particle size less than 300 mm and compressive strength no more than 260 MPa. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high crushing efficiency, cube shape and selective crushing. Working principle
During operation, driven by the motor, the rotor of the impact crusher rotates at a high speed. After the material enters, it
collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then it is hit back to the lining plate to crush again, and finally discharged
from the discharge port. The stone directly falls into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine; under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with the flying stones around the turntable in an umbrella way, resulting in high-speed collision and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy current movement between the turntable and the shell, causing many times of mutual impact, friction and crushing, and discharge directly from the bottom. Form a closed-circuit multiple circulation, by the screening equipment control to achieve the required particle size
