HOW TO DIY EYELASH
1. Clean eyelashes and skin around the eyes, then apply eye pads on lower eyelids to protect the skin.Be sure to cover your lower lashes.
2. Mix the color cream with developer agent in a ratio of 1:1 and keep stirring for 3~5 mins until evenly.(Tips: No need to care about the color)
3. Use the brush to apply lotion on the eyelash from base to tip for 5 mins.(Tips: make sure the lashes are completely covered with the dye.)
4. Use the wipe lotion tool to clean out all excess lotion with makeup remover.
