Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A1: We are a factory. Providing OEM service.

Q2: How about the MOQ?

A2: MOQ of regular style is 10 pieces. For customized style MOQ should be 300 pieces. MOQ is based on your requirement, the specific MQO is determined through negotiation. Of course, we could accept small trial orders for certain items.

Q3: How soon the sample can be deliveried?

A3: We have regular neutral samples in stock, it can be shipped at once. For customized sample, please contact me for confirming the date.

Q4:Can you give us a favorable discount ?
A4:Of course, a favorable discount will be offered if the quantity is sizable.

 Q5:How about the shipping method?
*A5: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT and other air shipments. By train and by sea are also acceptable.

Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A6: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
