The thermal sensitivity of this thermal product is suitable for electronic scale printing. It is recommended to test it before use to avoid any long-term exposure to an environment above 50°C or direct sunlight to protect product quality. The product is suitable for the occasions that are currently sold and discounted. Not recommended for use in pre-loaded environments. It is not suitable for immersion in water or stored in a humid environment. After the label is printed, it cannot be placed in a place that is easily contaminated with animal and vegetable oils or chemicals, so as to avoid the barcode being unscannable. Printing Methods of Thermal Printed Labels PDT70A1-W58HM
It can be used for many traditional printing. Processing environments above 50°C have to be avoided due to the thermal nature of the product. The ink containing alcohol or volatile organic solvent may damage the thermal layer. Advise to use the original ink without any additives for processing and printing as much as possible. For spot color inks or inks with additives, please test ink before printing.
Shelf life 12 months, applicable only to the material delivered by Jinya which has not undergone further processing, under the following STORAGE CONDITIONS:
* This material must be stored at a temperature of 23±2ºC and 50±5% of Relative Humidity.
* Storage area must be dry and clean.
* Keep the material in the original packaging when not used in order to protect it from dust and contamination.
* Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
