Product Overview
Description
According to the national standard, the test force and displacement (deformation) are displayed. The setting of test parameters, tracking of test process, data acquisition, processing, analysis and display, and measurement precision are completed. The horizontal testing machine is mainly composed of main engine (frame structure), fixed beam, movable beam, loading cylinder, relevant test software and other necessary accessories. The testing machine adopts steel plate welding frame structure, sectional moving beam adjusting test space, single rod double acting piston cylinder exerting test force, manual control test process, load sensor measuring force, displaying test force and test curve, which is suitable for tensile test of hoisting belt, traction belt, cable, steel wire rope and other test pieces.
The main engine is mainly composed of structure frame, oil cylinder seat, cylinder piston, fixed beam, movable beam, jaw, load sensor and other components. The oil cylinder base, steel plate welding frame and moving beam form the stress frame. The fixed beam and movable beam are equipped with different clamps according to different samples.
This part is the executive part of the test. The two ends of the sample are respectively installed on the fixed beam and the movable beam. The sample is connected by the pin, and then the test force is exerted on the sample by the moving beam driven by the tension oil cylinder. According to different types of specimens, the moving fixed beam is manually adjusted to adjust the test space. The loading speed is controlled automatically until the end of the test.
