Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat is made by chopping continuous strands into unit length chopped strands which to be spread out randomly and evenly, then bonding them together with powder or emulsion binder. It is used primarily for hand lay-up process, filament winding process and press molding of FRP products. It's mainly applied to boat, auto parts, various panel, housings. Product Features 1.Uniform thickness, softness and hardness good. 2.Good compatibility with resin, easy completely wet-out. 3.Fast and consistent wet-out speed in resins and good manufacturability. 4.Good mechanical properties, easy cutting. 5.Good cover mold, suitable for modeling complex shapes. |
