Grade 80 Chain Sling Welded D Shaped Tie Down Ring
Introduction:
Grade 80 Chain Sling Welded D Shaped Tie Down Ring is most commonly used for lifting and load restraint applications. There are 6 options with different sizes and capacities from 1 tonne for 15 tonnes. They are also used as lashing eyes. These lashing eyes are then welded on for example a trailer, so the driver has a link to connect his lashing materials quickly. These lashing eyes are provided with a lacquer finish and are therefore cheaper than stainless steel lifting eyes. limit.
● It can be matched with sling and G80 chains which can meet the standard EN818-2;
● Each workpiece should pass testing at 2.5 times of working load limit;
● We should carry out sampling and 20000 times of fatigue testing;
● We should carry out strict sampling and breakage testing for each batch of products;
● We should carry out 100% magnetic powder flaw detection;
● 100% of the pin should be tested to ensure that they have the same hardness;
● Surface treatment: plastics spraying.
● Color code: red RAL3020/yellow RAL1003.
Ultimate load is 4 times the Working Load Limit.

Lifting points are made to be welded on and are designed for a fixed anchor lifting point.
Because of its excellent welding quality, the weld-on lifting point is ideally used on trucks, steel, marine vessels and material handling equipment.
They has a dismountable D-ring to enable assembly of roundsling, master link or hook directly onto the lifting point. The disassembly is an easy turn of the D-ring, no tools are needed.
It is a very versatile lifting point and can safely be used for most applications. The ball-bearings allow the load to be rotated during the lift, which is especially good when maintenance is needed on heavy tools and other types of equipment. The design allows the link to be folded over the housing when idle, allowing the lifting point to be almost completely stowed away when not in use. The closed, oblong link is also equipped with a "stay-up"-function for easy on-hooking, especially when there is limited space.
