Q1: Can you customize sup board according to customer’s design?
A: Yes, we can make board according to customer requirements, like size, color, shape and graphic exactly.
Q2: Could you provide sample? How long will it take to make a sample?
A: Yes, we could make samples as your request, sample can be sent for checking before bulk production. Once you place bulk order from us, we will return these charges in your bulk order. The production time for sample is about 7-10days, and we will ship samples by express (FedEx, TNT, DHL etc.)
Q3: Is the price of spare part included?
A: No, the price only include stand up paddle board and standard accessories, for example repairing kit(1pcs), carrying bag (1pcs), Hand pump (1pcs) and paddle(1pair).
Q4: How long is your production time for regular order?
A: Usually 10-29 days depends on order quantity, but might be longer if there is holiday or the quantity is too large.
Q5: How about your quality control?
A: We pay much attention to the quality control. All our products will be inspected after each process and before package to guarantee the quality.
Q6: Is there any warranty?
A: We provide 3 years’warranty. Any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain it freely or provide replacement.
