Rising film evaporator working principle：
After the raw material liquid is preheated, it enters the evaporator from the bottom and the heated steam condenses outside the tube. The solution vaporizes rapidly after being heated, and the secondary steam generated rises at a high speed in the tube, and the material liquid is dragged into a thin film against the inner wall of the tube and continues to evaporate, and the vapor and liquid are separated in the top separator. The compressor compresses the secondary steam and transmits it as heating steam to the shell of the heat exchanger for the evaporator heat source. Achieve continuous evaporation process.
