Description
Thermal transfer flocking lettering film is produced in accordance with EN-17 standard, the surface is matte and non-reflective. Suitable for transfer to cotton, polyester / cotton blends, and polyester / cyanurate blends. Application
Thermal transfer flocking lettering film can be cut with a conventional cutter. We recommend a lettering knife with a 30 ° knife angle. After removing the excess edges, it is then thermally transferred to the fabric using a flat hot press machine. The backing of the flocking lettering film is a self-adhesive PET film. The self-adhesive PET film should be able to be torn off under heat or cooling.

Precautions
It is recommended to wash the transferred T-shirts separately with ordinary detergents and cold water. Do not mix with other clothes at the same time. Do not dry clean or bleach.
Steps of heat transfer machine transfer
a. Use the heat press to set the temperature at 165 ° C for 25 seconds. Medium pressure.
b. Put the clothes on the bottom plate of the heat press flatly and iron them for 5 seconds.
c. After cutting the lettering film with a cutter, remove the extra edges.
d. Gently place the film on top of the clothes with the cut side down.
e. Cover with a layer of cotton.
f. Press the heat press at 165 ° C for 25 seconds.
g. Cool down and remove the transfer paper. Finish.

Washing Instructions

Material Storage
conditions of 35-65% Relative Humidity and at a temperature of 10-30°C.This material greatly improves the drying speed,but it may take several minutes or longer to cut after printing,depending on the amount of ink and the working environment.Pack unused rolls in a timely manner to prevent curling.
