The automatic soldering machine is a multi-function, which can adjust the welding angle, orientation, and set the point at will, control the amount of tin in and out, control the size of the solder point, and better guarantee the welding process requirements of customer products. The machine has five axes, in addition to the ordinary XYZ axis, there is an independent stepping motor controlled tin feeding axis, and there is also a rotating axis that can rotate 360° in all directions. We call it the R axis, which has this rotating axis The main function is that it can effectively avoid the over-high components on various PCB boards, and the influence of objects such as chips, wires, or terminals on the movement space of the soldering iron head, and can adjust the welding angle, the tin catheter and the needle tip at will. The tin wire can be accurately sent to the soldering iron head to match the appropriate molten tin surface of the customer's product to avoid the phenomenon of tin jamming caused by various reasons during the soldering process. The machine can increase the production capacity by more than 30% in the actual production and application process, and is suitable for various electronic products such as electronic automobiles, integrated circuits, printed circuits, color LCD screens, motors, pin headers, plugs, switches and PCB.
