STLPLAS CaCO3 Masterbatch is specially
designed to be used for HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE
Blowing film and PP extrusion sheets. We adopt high purity and ultra fine calcium carbonate powder plus good quality virgin LLDPE as the base materials to guarantee excellent dispersion and high compatibility.
The adding ratio of this filler masterbatch can be :
Up to 80% for virgin PE three-layer co-extrusion courier bags；
Up to 60% for recycled PE double-layer co-extrusion courier bags；
Up to 40% for PP extrusion and injection parts.
