Working principle
When the bar screen works, the excitation force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the screen surface in the screen box through the screen box, because the exciter generates the longitudinal force, forcing the screen box to drive the screen surface for longitudinal displacement back and forth. YA type mining vibrating screen is composed of vibrating motor, screen body, screen mesh, vibration damping device and seat frame. This series of vibrating screen adopts new type vibration exciter as vibration source, two same exciters fixed on the screen box do the same rotation, the eccentric block with the exciter in the rotation of the centrifugal force generated by each instantaneous position of the centrifugal force along the direction of the throwing reciprocating motion, so that the whole sieve body supported on the vibration damping device along the direction of the excitation force for the cyclic reciprocating vibration, the material in the sieve surface in a straight line along the direction of the parabolic movement, the material falls into the sieve mesh from the material end, and then rapidly advances, loose through the sieve to complete the screening operation, in order to reasonably match the sieving operation. Material from the feed end falls into the screen, quickly forward, loose through the screen, complete the screening operation, in order to reasonably match the screen to achieve the purpose of screening. The shaker has the advantages of easy operation, small maintenance, good lubrication and sealing performance, and long service life. It is an ideal substitute for the vibration source of existing large and medium-sized vibrating screen.
