FEHONG Mining Dragline Bucket Wear Resistance Liner Plate
Mining dragline bucket wear resistance liner plate is a kind of chromium carbide overlay (CCO) wear plate, composite wear plate, also known as bimetallic wear plate, hardfacing wear plate, and cladding wear plate.
This kind of wear plate is widely used for making wear liners, wear pipes, wear screens, etc wear parts in the industry of construction machinery, metallurgical machinery, cement plant, mining machine, thermal power plant, coal yard, iron & steel plant, sugar plant, and ports.
Specification of Mining Dragline Bucket Wear Resistance Liner Plate
Mining dragline bucket wear resistance liner plates are manufactured by welding the chromium carbide alloy onto a mild steel base plate.
The chromium carbide alloy (wear resistant layer, overlay) contains up to 35% chrome and up to 5.5% carbon which makes it extremely hard and wear resistant.
The mild steel base plate has toughness, easy welding performance supports the alloy layer, bears structural stress, and connects with other parts.
The chromium carbide alloy has a metallurgical bond with the mild steel base plate that will not separate and is resistant to high heat.
