Function
The purpose of the vegetable and fruit blancher is keeping the original color and taste of food by killing enzyme of raw material and sterilization.
The blanching temperature can be adjusted within 98 degrees, which is suitable for most of fruits and vegetables. There is about 20 minutes to heating the water.
Potato Blanching Machine
